    Where does Honey Be Worldwide ship to?

    Our company is shipping worldwide. if your country is not listed on the checkout, please inform our Customer Support via e­mail at hello@honeybe.com.br or via chat on the website.

    After the payment approval, orders may take up to 3 business days to get processed.

    All prices listed on our site are in BRL reais, and charged in BRL reais. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

    ***All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

    When is my order going to be shipped?

    Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business day from the date they are placed. Weekends and holidays are not included.

If packages are marked as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or if at the time that the post office delivered the package no one was there to sign for it, the reshipment expenses are the buyers.

    What happens if my package is stolen, after fedex left it at my door?

    Honey Be Worldwide is not responsible for stolen packages. In the unfortunate case a package is stolen at a customer's front door/house before the receiver gets it, Honey Be Worldwide shall not be held responsible. Therefore, we cannot not issue a refund or generate any credits for the stolen package.
