If you wish to cancel your order as soon as you finish placing it, please contact us via email at hello@honeybeworldwide.com or via chat on the website within the service hours and we will cancel your order immediately. We are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped out.
A full refund will be issued back on the payment method used to place the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you after it is canceled. Payouts for refunds normally take up to 48 hours to be reflected back into your account.
Please contact our customer service via email at hello@honeybeworldwide.com as soon as possible to correct any information (this must be done before your item(s) has been shipped out).
Once your order is shipped with a mistake or misspelled information, we are not responsible for lost packages. If packages are marked as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, it is up to the buyer to deal with the reshipment expenses.
